The Center for Radiation Oncology at Zephyrhills, which opened in May of 1998, is a free-standing center owned and operated by local area physicians. The Center is located close to East Pasco Medical Center and Pasco Community Hospital as well as Interstate 75 and S.R. 301, allowing easy access for patients in communities both north and south of Zephyrhills and Dade City. A new Varian linear accelerator was installed at the center in 2008. The Varian 21EX can deliver both intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) as well as more traditional conformal 3D therapy. The accelerator also features electronic portal imaging for fast and accurate patient set-up and verification. These capabilities, along with a wide range of electron beam energies, provide high precision treatment for a diverse range of clinical needs.

Courtesy transportation to and from radiation therapy is available for patients who are unable to provide their own transportation.
