Laurel Ciccarello received her Masters of Science in Nursing with honors from the University of Central Florida. Laurel is certified as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She has over ten years of experience as a nurse practitioner in oncology, internal medicine and primary care, occupational health and urgent care.

Laurel worked as a Registered Nurse for more than fifteen years, prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner. She has designed and taught programs for preventive health, quality improvement and staff development.

Laurel enjoys the interactive relationship with each patient and provides quality, caring patient care. She works closely with the physicians at the Center for Radiation Oncology to help ensure an excellent patient experience. She specializes in symptom management and acute care issues. Her areas of interest include alternative healthcare, smoking cessation, female sexual disorders and genetic testing.

Laurel is a member of the American College of Nurse Practitioners, the Oncology Nursing Society and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
